When this spell is cast a cloud of steam appears on the target causing 6D8 damage and blinding all creatures for 1D4 rounds. If the targets are wearing non-magical armor then they must strip it off or suffer 4D10 points of additional damage. If wearing magical armor they suffer 4D10 points of damage minus 1D10 per plus of the item [+3 Chain mail suffer 1D10 damage]. If the save is successful then 1/2 damage and only blinded for 1/2 the rounds.
The material component is a drop of water and a fire source.
