With this spell the caster taps into the major portion of the human brain that is not used. This spell causes his brain to work a little more and gives him one extra skill. This can be anything fromm a thieving ability to extra spells. The choice of the new ability learned is completely random(DM's rule).
The material componet for this spell is a item used during the skill that he hopes to gain(this can increase the chances that the caster gets the skill that they desire). This spell was created with help from a fellow mage (Sabin a fighter/mage/cleric of lvl 85/20/7).
