Spell description
With this spell the caster is able to make any substance as soft and as
flismy as cloth. The substance retains it's orginal weight and strenght.
The altered substance (i.e. armor or cover) will only offer an AC 10 while
the spell is in effect plus any magical bonus. The spell may only be cast
at one item per spell. The caster must touch to the target object for the
spell to take effect. If worn by an opponent this may require an attack
roll. The spell will not be triggered until the caster has made a successful
attack roll the spell expires. The caster will lose one round of effect
for each round passed that the spell was not triggered.
The spell will efect up one pound of metal for every two levels of the caster.
Woods and leathers are ten pounds per every two levels. All other materails
are five pounds per every two levels of the caster.
The targeted item gets a save verus disintegration. If successful the item
is not effected. If the save fails the targeted item looses it's shape or
form. This may ruin certain magical items. Forever destroying their enchantment.
Magical items get two saves verus disintegration. One to see if effected
and one to see if thier magic is lost. All magical items except swords get
their magical bonus if any. Swords and the like are at a disadvantage verus
this spell. This spell does not effect living matter or artifacts in any
way. Undead and non-living beings take 1d4 hp of damage for every two levels
of the caster.
Components: Old peice of cloth, a feather from a harpy, and a hair from
