Spell description
This spell silences all sound from the target except for talking. It acts just like a pair of boots of the elven kind, except that no bodily functions, (Breathing, Belching, Farting, etc.) will be herd. Even talking will be at a wisper.
The material component is a small silver bell with no clapper.
