Spell description
When Boiling Flesh is cast, the caster crushes the cinders in his hand, while pointing at the target. A 6" by 6" area of the target's flesh begins to bubble, boil, and writh, causing 4d6 pts of damage(save for 1/2 damage) The target also suffers intense pain,(-2 to hit if made save, -4 if failed) for 1d6+4 rounds afterwards.
