When Blackthorne's Watery Grave is cast upon a target, their lungs immeadiately begin to fill with putrid sewer water. The target begins to cough and spasm violently to expel the water, and for the duration of the spell (1 round per 3 levels of the caster), they are powerless to do anything but retch (+4 AC, +2 to hit them) also they take 2 d10 points of damage a round, and they can save for half damage every round which means that they have managed to cough a good deal of it up. There is also a 1% cumulative chance per level of the caster that the target is inflicted with a rotting disease that will kill in 1d20 months.
