When this spell is cast, a blade of brilliant, shimmering energy appers in the caster's hands. It acts as a magical blade of any type the wielder is proficient in and grants a +2 to attacks and damage. The blade does double damage to creatures with a weakness for heat and/or light. The blade may be wielded by another creature other than the caster, if the name f the creature is spoken during the casting of the spell. The material component is an opal worth no less than 100 gp.
