Spell description

This spell, when cast, calls into being a ball of water: one gallons worth per level of the caster,
up to a maximum of 10 gallons at 10th level. The diameter of the ball is 1' per gallon, while its splash
upon bursting is extends to a 5' radius sphere/gallon of water./p
Against normal creatures, this spell does no damage, but the person that the Water Bomb is
centered upon must save vs. spell or be stunned for 1 round. He and any in the splash radius will be
drenched./p
This spell is much more deadly against creatures that take damage from water. Any such
creatures in the area of effect will take damage appropriate to the amount of water with which they were
drenched (D.M.'s judgment call, unless your really into heavy math). Creatures at the center of the sphere
add 1 point per die./p
Fire elementals and their like (creatures made almost completely of flame) are a special case.
They take 1d4 points of damage per gallon, or 1d6+1 points per gallon if they were the center of the Water
Bomb./p
Note that this spell will extinguish fires that its normal gallonage would allow, and thus could
and has been used as an effective fire fighting agent./p
The material component for this spell is a drop of water or any other liquid (including, if the
wizard gets desperate, spittle)./p
