This spell creates an explosive burst of flame which releases its blast anywhere from instantly to five rounds later, according to the command given by the caster and which detonates with a low roar and delivers damage proportionate to the level of the caster -1d6+1 points of damage for each level of experience of the caster (up to 10d6+10) at the 18th level the caster has 6 + 1 per 5 levels of caster i.e. a caster of the 40th level has 14 delayed blast fireballs to throw at 14 different targets. The use of this spell should be a last resort because of it's terrible fire power and drains 1 hit point per fire-ball and 1 con point untill the caster rests.
