Spell description
This spell creates a tornato of bones (10' tall) that does 1d4 + 1 damage per level of caster (12 max). The bones gain a + 3 (1d4 + 4 per level) advantage against creatures with a lawful alignment and a -3 (1d4 -2 per level) penalty to creatures with a Chaotic alignment.
